Uncontrollable Fondness

Chapter 20 You Have No Right to Say No

Chapter 20 You Have No Right to Say No

Father, father…These two words representing warmth and caring sounded cold, ruthless and snobbish

at the moment. Last night, her foster father, who didn’t want to earn money on his own, came again.

Yes, he was her foster father, who appeared in her life when she was ten years old. She had no

memories of the previous ten years before him.

The foster father gritted his teeth and said to her, “I raised you and you’re not dead yet. Remember, you

must repay me later.”

Thus, her life was tied to him.

Her foster father made it clear when she was a kid that he only wanted her to grow up, earn a lot of

money and take care of him for the rest of his life.

She could take care of him, but not in this way.

Last night her father came over and said to her with a smile that he regretted what he had done before.

He also asked the dean of the Huntington hospital to let her explain everything and tried to put her back

to work there.

Believing everything he said, she just wiped away tears of joy. Then the father handed her a bottle of

water and drank it all without a second thought.

Once again, her father fooled her!

Was it because she was too simple and naive to think like her father? In their family relationships it was

her father who was always thinking about getting money from her in any possible way.

She even couldn’t cry to feel better; the tears were gone. What else did she expect?

With no tears on her clean face, she slid off the bed and simply looked around. The room was very big,

with no furnishings, only a large mirror, directly facing the bed, reflecting everything here.

Who was that person who brought her in? Her eyes fell on the check, there were some words written

on it. She made some efforts to recognize them before she could clearly see the last word --- William.

William Brown!

Did he try to insult her in this way again?

She tore up the check and threw it on the floor. She jumped on it and stamped it for a few minutes. Mia

refused to exchange her body for money.

The closed door and the security windows. She can't get out, what else does William want to do with

her?

Running to the window, she could see the scenery outside. Mia saw a black car. She had lived in an

ordinary family since she was a child. She didn't know any cars, but it was obvious that the car was

very expensive. The car was all black, exuding a luxurious black light, and is seemed so long, one-third

longer than a normal car.

Staring at the luxurious and flamboyant car, Mia saw it stopped, then two men jumped out, and one

politely opened the door of the back seat.

She saw man’s long legs slipping out of the car, followed by an upper body, and finally a head. He was

like a proud son of the world. His steps were elegant and full of domineering. His hands were slightly

swaying on both sides of his suit pants. He held them slightly, as if he could hold the whole world in his

palm.

He was followed by several men in black, and a row of neatly dressed servants were standing in front

of him, bowing and saluting under the leadership of Rebecca Johnson.

Her snow-white fists clenched slightly, half-length nails pinched into the flesh, and she started biting her

lips. What did she feel to this man?

Her was her rescuer and her abuser.

William seemed to be talking to Rebecca Johnson sideways, and Rebecca responded calmly. Thinking

about everything, Mia didn't want to look at this man anymore and closed her eyes.

The door was pushed open by someone. Mia’s body shuddered, his heart tightened for no reason, and

a painful expression appeared on her face. William stepped in, and when he saw Mia’s painful

expression, he frowned slightly, but he immediately loosened, and his face became cold again.

She is Mia, not Sophia! She even doesn't look like her!

Mia shrank at the corner of the window, like a frightened bunny, but looked at him with a pair of

stubborn black eyes. Content © copyrighted by NôvelDrama.Org.

William lowered his eyes and saw the check torn into pieces. An ironic reflection appeared deep in his

eyes.

Slowly picked up the biggest piece, his slender fingers flicked randomly, his movements were fatally

beautiful. He looked at Mia, but she couldn’t see what he was thinking about. His true feelings were

hidden, just cold.

The corner of his mouth raised, and he sneered ironically, “Why? Not enough?”

Someone doesn’t want a check that William Brown gave to her? Two hundred thousand a night. Her

body wasn’t worth so much money.

She looked at the check in his hands, but this look was too scornful and indifferent. Mia wasn’t in a

mood to talk to him about these disgusting things. What she needed now was to leave.

She asked without emotion, "Can I leave?”

Leave? She actually wanted to leave?

William raised his eyebrows but remembered that she almost gave herself to Peter Costar last night.

He hummed and asked, “How much did Costar give to you?”

She had no idea who’s Costar.

She stubbornly lowered her eyelids and didn’t look at William again. She didn’t listen to his words and

just said, “Sir, can I go now?”

Leave again!

William’s impatient nature came out. He threw the check away, and it fell on the floor.

Only a few steps and he was standing in front of Mia. He stretched out his arms ruthlessly and clamped

her waist.

“You... let go!” Mia was in pain, nervous and humiliated. William raised the corner of his lips coldly,

arrogantly like a devil, saying overbearing and arrogant words, “In this world, only I can NOT to want

you! You have no right to say no!”

What logic is that!

Can't get out, can't leave, what should she do?

Mia thought of the insults he had given her these days, the harm he had done to her, and that they had

no relationships at all. She couldn't help but roared loudly, “Let me go now! What do you want from

me?”

William’s face became more vivid and lively, blowing hot air around her earlobe, “Be my mistress, a

million a month, but you can’t have my child!”

With an unknown amount of strength, Mia violently pushed William away and shouted, “Who will be

your mistress and have children with you? William, you brute, let me out!”

William got up elegantly, turned his back to her and ruthlessly said, “Listen, it's your business whether

you want it or not, but you'd better put aside your thoughts about hooking up with other men and be my

woman!”

Could there be a more shameless man?

Mia gritted her teeth and yelled, “Don’t dream that I can be your prostitute! I tell you!”

"Ridiculous!" William sneered, and the words he dumped were even more unpleasant, “I asked you to

wait just for me. You should appreciate it!”

“No, I don't! I don't want to be your damn mistress, let me go!” Mia roared wildly. The only answer she

got was a ruthless slamming of the door.

William was gone. He was gone! And she, she stayed here!

She ran forward and pushed the door desperately, crying and shouting. But the whole world was deaf,

no one could hear her cry for freedom.
