The Persistent CEO Wants A Baby

Was it too late?

Trenton walks into a bar and ordered for an alcoholic drink to be brought to him.. it’s been a day since Blossom told him all those stuffs, and Ofcourse he never believed her.

He had grown up with Aiden and Blossom , as far as he can tell, There was never a time that Blossom had a sibling. Not to talk about stepsister.

He hadn’t quite understand what exactly Blossom was talking about, if she was serious about her words or not.

He had waited for her to give him a call and tell him that everything she said yesterday was a lie and just a joke on him. But her call never came in, not even a text.

The wine was brought to him, he opened it almost immediately and pour himself a glass. Yesterday and today hadn’t been quite great for him. The thought drives him insane.

How can Tihana be a sister to Blossom?

Trenton wanted to believe that Blossom had been lied to by someone just so she shouldn’t continue bothering Aiden, but when he had gone to talk to her father earlier in his office . He could recall exactly what he had said.

“They’re sisters. I know it’s my fault, but in trying my best to make things right. I got a response from Diana, you know her?”

“Yeah. Diana Watts, Tihana’s best friend.”

“Yep. She said Tihana isn’t ready to meet any of us and wanted us not to bother her. So you see? It’s quite a task to me as I have to try my best to bring my family back together.”

“How did you find out she was your daughter in the first place?”

“A picture. I saw it fall out of her bag the day I almost hit her with my car. I recognized the woman in the picture immediately and she told me later on she was her mother.”

Mr Norman had stopped to look at Trenton, catching his expression.

“Well, I got curious enough when she said she doesn’t know who her real father was. I wanted to tell her immediately that it must definitely be me. But yunno? I wanted to be sure.”

“She gave you her blood? Willingly?”

Mere looking at Trenton at this time, one could tell that he was so curious and all he wanted was to know everything.

“A stride of her hair. She had no idea…. I have to submit it to my family doctor and had run the test.”

Trenton breathed and shake his head, trying to get the thoughts out if his mind. He wondered, if not the fact that he had his father and his mother too… Could someone possibly come up one day and tell him that Aiden , the man he wanted, was a brother to him?.

That will be so ridiculous to hear!

He went on to pour himself another glass and drank it all at once. It burnt his throat so he had to squeeze his face and then clear his throat.

Trenton couldn’t believe just how much worried he was about Blossom. The fact that she remembers his words from two years ago when even him had stopped looking forward for her reply.

“I know Aiden is the one you like , but he doesn’t seen interested to you. I’m going on a business trip in two days time… Please take your time to think about it and give me a response.”

“There’s nothing to think about there Trenton. I told you, Aiden is the one I love! If you truly care about me then stop telling me you like me and instead, help me talk to Aiden.” Blossom had told him.

Although he had been seriously hurt that day, it made his hatred for Aiden to increase. Having the woman he loved unexpectedly to be in love with him, and yet, he causes her nothing but pain and still act like everything was okay.

That was enough reason to hate him already.

Aiden is just so full of himself and he hated that.

“Both of us know you ain’t gonna last long with this folks. Blossom is there, we all grew up together and we both know she’s a match for you.”

“A match for me or a match for you? You really love her don’t you?” Aiden had questioned instead.

Trenton remember grabbing him by his collar as he grind his teeth together.

“What I feels doesn’t matter. What matters is that she loves you.”

Aiden had laughed and slap his hand off, adjusting with shirt with that smirk still plastered on his face.

“If I can understand you right… You like Blossom, and she doesn’t like you but me? And I don’t like her! Fair enough.”Exclusive content © by Nô(v)el/Dr/ama.Org.

“Just don’t hurt her.”

“I’d be hurting her if I should pretend that I like her when it’s obvious I don’t. She’d be much more hurt.”

Trenton had walked out of the office in rage, and two days later, he had left the city for a business meeting he needed to handle.

Coming back , the only person he had had in his mind was Blossom and no one else. Even tho he pushed himself so hard to forget about her by hardly calling her….. The thought of coming back home hold nothing but just the excitement of meeting her.

And yet again ! Trenton wondered why that excitement had turned into jealousy? Blossom might be right in a way.

He didn’t love Tihana. He never had. He was just blinded by jealousy that had made him think he genuinely Tihana, and was that also the reason he had hurt her so many times?

It made her realize that he was only trying to use Tihana as a bet to make Blossom happy. He wasn’t trying to make himself happy… He was actually after Blossom’s happiness.

He sighed and again and again pour himself glass of wine, taking it all on one drink until he began to feel tipsy.

He just wanted the thoughts to go away. Not until now had he realized that all this years, he had actually loved Blossom and had just been blinded by jealousy and nothing more.

Jealous that Aiden was doing far much better than him.

Jealous that Aiden could get whatever he wants without even working hard for it.

Jealous for quite a lot of things.
