The Divorcee and Her Three Chaotic Children (Olivia Clarke and William)

Chapter 66

Chapter 66

At the main house of the Kinsman family.

After greeting with guests for a bit, William handed the banquet over to the butler and went to his study.

The ma**ive screen in the study displayed clear surveillance footage of every corner of the yard.

William spotted Olivia and Ezra in an instant.

Eagerly zooming in, William carefully observed them as if he were watching a live show.

Seeing Luci getting along so well with Olivia, constantly keeping her company, William couldn’t help but

feel a flutter in his heart.

Was this the power of blood ties?

William had never seen Luci so close to any woman before.

William watched the two of them roam around the banquet, playing and laughing happily. He even

wanted to join them.

But he was afraid.

Afraid that once he appeared, Olivia would put up her defenses, distancing herself from him and

preventing Luci from enjoying his birthday.

So he bit the bullet.

William could only hide in the study like a voyeur, observing their every expression and gesture.

“Knock, knock, knock…” The sudden sound of knocking pulled William back to reality. William switched

the screen and sat back down at his desk before allowing the person outside to enter.

Marshall burst in, visibly excited.

“Mr. Kinsman, Patrick has woken up.”

“Let’s see him immediately.”

Making up his mind, William got up, walked to the cabinet opposite the desk, and opened the indoor

elevator.

“Mr. Kinsman, today is young Mr. Kinsman’s birthday. Maybe we should…” Marshall knew the

importance of Patrick to William, but he also knew that in William’s heart, Lucian had always been more

important than anything else.

“With Olivia accompanying Luci, he’ll be happy,” William hesitated for a moment

before saying meaningfully.

“Stay here. Don’t let anyone find out that I’m not in the mansion,” William instructed as he entered the

elevator.

“Mr. Kinsman, the butler is taking care of things here. Let me go with you!”

“No need.”

With that, William closed the elevator door and headed straight for the underground garage.

Soon after, a sleek black Rolls-Royce Phantom sped out from the rear exit of the villa. Meanwhile,

inside the Kinsman family’s villa.

Gianna stealthily made her way into the main house, finally achieving her goal.

Gianna hid downstairs, keeping an eye on things for quite a while. When she saw that William had

drunk the juice she had secretly sp iked and then turned to go upstairs, she couldn’t help but feel a

surge of glee.

It seemed like Lady Luck was on her side!

Gianna had been worried about the crowd downstairs, making it difficult to make her

move!

But then William went upstairs by himself! Wasn’t this the perfect opportunity?

As long as he took a small sip of that concoction, it would undoubtedly take effect within half an hour.

She had to get ready quickly!

With that thought in mind, Gianna quickly straightened her clothes and looked for a chance to go

upstairs.

Having been in and out of the Kinsman family’s villa for so many years, Gianna was very familiar with

the layout of the place.

So it didn’t take long for her to successfully dodge the watchful eyes of the Kinsman family and arrive at

the door of William’s study.

The thought that her plan was about to succeed filled her heart with joy. Gianna reached out to grasp

the doorknob of the study, excited and expectant as if she were about to open Pandora’s Box in her

dreams.

However, before Gianna could turn the doorknob, someone suddenly embraced her from behind.

The person held her tightly. The warm, scorching breath made her feel very angry. Gianna was about

to speak when everything went black, and she lost consciousness.

Olivia and Ezra trailed her all the way to the main house.

“Hush-hush, keep it on the down-low…”

At the Goldentop International Villas…

On the 86th floor, in the ICU.

Patrick Malone lay feeble on a hospital bed, tubes sticking out of him left and right.

Jameson and a few medics were pulling out all the stops to keep Patrick alive, but they couldn’t predict

when the grim reaper might waltz in and whisk him away.

When William arrived, Patrick was visibly stoked. He opened his mouth, itching to speak.

“Mr. Malone, do you still recognize me?”

Patrick looked at him and nodded hard.

“Mr. Malone, tell me, did Olivia kill Grandpa?” Before William set foot in the ward, Jameson had urged

him to cut to the chase. Time was running out.

So that’s exactly what William did.

“No…”

“No? Do you mean that it’s not Olivia?”

“Yes.” Patrick nodded with difficulty.

Seeing him nod, William felt as if a weight had been lifted off his chest. NôvelDrama.Org holds © this.

But soon, William’s heart ached.

Had he really thrown Olivia under the bus?

Just like Chelsea had said, he had put Olivia in danger and owed her big time!

“So, do you know who knocked off Grandpa?” William snapped out of his shock, gazing at Patrick as

he pressed on.

“I do…” Patrick seemed to recall something and got visibly worked up.

“Who?”

“It’s, it’s…” Patrick’s emotions ran high, but in the end, he couldn’t speak.

“Beep-”

The heart monitor blared an alarm, and Jameson rushed in with the medical staff to resuscitate Patrick.

Meanwhile, William stumbled back, his mind reeling.

“It’s not Olivia, it’s really not Olivia!”

How was this possible?

It was Olivia on the surveillance cameral
