MISTAKE 229
Chapter 229: Let's Get Married Again
"I wonder, is she useless now?" Anya asked, taking several steps forward as she spoke, forcing Kelsey back a few steps.
"Don't slander me!"
"Then, explain why your friend, Angela, who has never met me, was so angry at the sight of me that she decided to put her career on the line to get me off set, only to anger the entire company and get blacklisted."
"How would I know, Anya? Don't think you can blame everything on me. How is it my fault that my friends want to bully you? Shouldn't you be asking yourself why people want to bully you? What does it have to do with me?".
"You probably told her, Anya destroyed my wedding, and it had to be postponed. Anya is jealous of me and my fiancé; what did I do to her? You also probably forgot to tell her that your wedding got postponed because you went to jail a bit, and your in-laws were so annoyed that they postponed. You probably left out the part where you instigated a personal attack against me that led to my injury, so you got arrested," Anya said so calmly that Kelsey immediately lost her temper as she noticed people watching.
"Anya!" she screamed.
"Why are you looking so shocked? You blocked my way to act out a movie, but I cannot reveal the spoilers to your viewers? Is it because they did not pay money?” Anya asked, and someone nearby choked on their drink.
"Anya!" a familiar voice scolded behind them.
She almost rolled her eyes at that voice.

She had always known that it was not good things that came in pairs; it was bad things.
Anya knew that voice even in her sleep; she has dreams of stringing the owner of that voice by his male parts and dipping him naked into a sea of flesh eating slugs.
"Your co-star is here," she commented, and eyes followed a lanky-built man as he walked over and placed Kelsey behind him.
"Why are you here? Are you stalking us?” he asked.
"One of them is an actor, the other is a writer. Is this your family hospital that other people cannot come?" she asked.
“Jack, it's fine; we were just talking," Kelsey said while rubbing her flat tummy. But at this point, Kelsey was tired of seeing their disgusting faces.
"If you want to act, go to the theater; don't block my way! Your girlfriend or fiance, whatever it is, has already been to jail twice already. I wonder which is going to take her to prison." Anya
said.
"Anya! The judge has not said..." Kelsey said.
"Did I say that you have been convicted? Are you not on bail?" Anya asked.
"Kelsey is your sister; will you only be satisfied when she dies?" Jack asked.
“What does her life or death have to do with me? You better warn her to stay away from me. Today it is setting her friends to deal with me; tomorrow she will be mad enough to order an assassin," Anya warned, and Kelsey went pale.
Anya had evidence?

"You can stay here and act in a few movies; there is an audience anyway, I still need to go see my husband," she said and walked past them before they could block her again and left in crisp steps.
"She is married?" Jack asked; his face did not look good. Seeing his reaction, a frown seized Kelsey's face.
She wondered if he was still thinking of his ex. Did you still want Anya? What about her, then?
Daniel, on the other hand, had run into a doctor friend of his named Hall. They talked while he returned to Anya's side.
He had never thought about what it would be like to have a child one day.
Now, Anya's sudden appearance made him feel this desire.
He didn't want to think about anything else. All he knew was that if he and Anya were to start a family and have a child together, he had no resistance and even looked forward to it.
Maybe he was looking for an excuse all this time to return her to his side. He was the one that
* fell in love first, yet he was still the one that decided that he did not want any love.
He watched from a distance as she calmed herself and went back to the obstetrics ward to
meet the doctor.
The doctor talked to Anya for a while, but she was barely listening.
When the doctor was done, Anya thanked her and was about to get up.
The curtain suddenly opened.
Anya was startled, freezing in place for a moment.
Daniel walked over directly and suddenly bent down, reaching out to lift Anya up.

"Huh?" Anya exclaimed softly in surprise, quickly reaching out to cling to Daniel's neck.
"Put me down; what is wrong with you?" Anya protested. She could feel people looking at
them.
Daniel picked her up and walked out, saying, "Anya, let's talk."
Anya looked annoyed.Ccontent © exclusive by Nô/vel(D)ra/ma.Org.
Talk about what? And if we're going to talk, there's no need to hold her like this.
"I just need a minute," Daniel said.
"A minute or not, I can still walk with my two feet," Anya protested.
Daniel said to the dumbfounded Hall, "I'll borrow your office for a bit."
"My office?" Hall asked, and Daniel walked right past him towards the cardiology department. Hall paused for a bit andhurried after them.
When they walked in, many doctors greeted Hall and he nodded. The moment they got to his office, Daniel walked in and slammed the door shut with his foot, leaving Hall outside.
Hall raised an eyebrow. "Help yourselves."
Daniel carried Anya straight to Hall's chair, sat her down in a chair, and squatted in front of
her.
Anya looked at him with annoyance but knew she could not admire him forever. "What do want to talk about?" she asked.
"Let's get married again," he said.
Anya stood up abruptly.

"Why? Wasn't it stressful enough the first time?" She asked, and he shook his head quickly.
"No, of course not. I just want to know how you feel about it. Since your entire family is back, we might as well do it again," he said.
"Oh, my mother seems to like you, and my father cannot disobey my mother. As for my grandmother. My paternal is not relevant. My maternal grandmother is useless. It would be a blessing if she could just stay quiet. Still, as much as I understand your excitement, we should be worried about the baby." Anya scoffed, and Daniel laughed.
"So, when are we telling your mother, soon?" He asked, and she nodded.
"But I want a big dinner, so we tell everyone!" She demanded, and he nodded quickly.
Anya was very pleased with his response.
They came out a little after and greeted Hall before Daniel quickly helped her into the car to
leave.
They drove in silence for a while before her phone rang again. She picked it up with a frown. As expected, it was her grandmother, old madam Jones. Anya was shocked; she could talk. She had gotten better?
"Yes?" she answered. Whether she had gotten better or not is irrelevant.
“You really have no manners," the person on the other end said. No matter what, old Madame Jones was not sure to speak softly to this granddaughter.
"If you have nothing to say, I am going to end the call," Anya threatened.
"You are threatening to have your cousin jailed?" the old woman asked, and Anya sighed. This
girl still called her grandmother to complain as though it could change anything.
The call barely finished when Anya felt Daniel wrap himself around her.
"Be careful!" he shouted.
