Chapter 12 Invitation
Chapter 12 Invitation
When Dorothy heard this, her eyes were full of hatred. She wanted to cut her to pieces and throw her
to the dogs.
Emily felt very satisfied. The more Dorothy hated her, the happier she felt.
...
Emily had stayed in the house of the Morris family under the nose of Dorothy for more than half a
month. They seldom talked to each other. Each time when they met each other, they could read the
hatred in each other’s eyes and they wanted to kill each other thousands of times.
She no longer wanted to wait. When the time was ripe, she would absolutely take action immediately.
"Mr. Clark, this is Emily."
Emily took the phone to call Sebastian whom she had not contacted for many days. When she was
making a phone call, she appreciated her face in the mirror with exquisite makeup. Her face was so
tender as if she had been able to squeeze water out of her face. She deliberately made a light makeup
with a far cry from normal days.
If a man had eaten spicy food all the time, he would want to drink some clear soup and eat vegetarian
dishes. And Emily happened to be someone who could be both mature and soft.
"Emily?"
When he received the call, he was dealing with a tricky contract. The other party was ruthless, refused
to make compromises, and asked him to give up two percent of their profits.
Emily asked, "Busy?"
"What's up?"
Since Emily had made up her mind to pursue him, she did not plan to hide her intention. She came
straight to the point, "I want to have dinner with you and just do not know if you have the time."
This woman was extremely treacherous and crafty and he could not believe her words.
Sebastian coldly hummed, "A real meal or you are just having some evil intentions?"
Emily giggled, "I plan to take a picture of you, and then ruin your reputation, do you trust me?"
There were not many methods for a woman to date a man and make him lose all his reputation.
She said implicitly. But Sebastian was clever enough to understand her. But he did not say it out. Exclusive © material by Nô(/v)elDrama.Org.
Emily's ambiguous tone on the phone made him feel ill at ease. The memory from many days ago
appeared in her mind uncontrollably.
Although he did not like this woman, she was profligate in front of him, and could not be compared with
a daughter from a decent family, not to mention a daughter of an eminent family and from the upper
class, she had the magic that made people unable to extricate themselves.
He asked in a low voice, "Time and place."
He asked in about half a minute after Emily finished speaking. Emily thought he was refusing
euphemistically. When she heard his words, she was flabbergasted for two seconds.
"Then you need to go to M Restaurant. I booked a private room there, and the room number is 459."
She just penciled her eyebrows to make them have appropriate thickness. The makeup on her palm-
sized face was fetching. Her bright and charming eyes were attractive. The corners of the mouth were
slightly curved and extremely amazing.
The number of the room was ordinary but at this time...
Emily realized something, she said, "If you think the room number is not appropriate, I can ask
someone to change."
In Sebastian's eyes, she was not a good woman. She was not even qualified as his lover.
"I hope you can figure out your position and don't be the kind of woman who would give me trouble."
Emily was slandering him in her heart secretly. She had seen many shameless people but had never
seen a person who was as shameless as him. He was thinking about how to have sex with her while
teaching her how to be a good person.
But her tone was respectful, "Of course, you have noble status and can change the business
landscape of C City single-handedly. If you stamp your feet, C City will turn over. I am just a badly
behaved person who had just been released from prison. You are broadminded and I am small-
minded. So you will of course forgive me."
Sebastian had heard a lot of the flattery. But this was the first time for him to hear someone flattering in
such a careless manner.
"Come at 9:30."
He impatiently said and directly hung up the phone.
