Chapter 34 You Are My Woman
Chapter 34 You Are My Woman
Cindy pressed her face against the window.
The neon lights at night and the stars lit up, which were dragged into a long tail behind the car. They
were very beautiful in the changing atmosphere.
"Ethan, I want to get off the car."
Her voice was low. After saying that, she moved to the other side.
Anger instantly engulfed Ethan.
So obvious disgust.
This woman hated him so much.
She had left him like that five years ago. She was so determined. Now she was even tired of being with
him.
He kept silent.
"Thank you for what you just did, Ethan. I have something else to deal with. When I came out of the
hospital today, I didn't know if Head Nurse had arranged for Lena's patients. I was so anxious that I
forgot to take my phone with me. Lena and I have changed shift today. If something goes wrong, Lena
and I will lose our bonus this month. "
She chattered a lot.
This woman was not only annoying, but also so long winded.
Ethan frowned.
He glanced at her coldly.
Cindy's body trembled slightly when she met this pair of eyes. She immediately looked away and
stared out of the window.
"Ethan, you are a rich man. So you don't know that a month's bonus is enough for my family's living
expenses for a week?" Cindy's eyes were soon covered with a layer of mist, and her voice sounded a
little choked.
Ethan's heart seemed to be stung by deeply.
The knuckles of Ethan's fingers tightened in an instant.
His face darkened, but he reached out his hand. Ethan wanted to comfort Cindy.
However, as soon as her fingers touched the clothes, Cindy suddenly shrank aside. There was no
vacant space at the door. Cindy had to lean against the door to keep a distance from Ethan.
His hand froze and Ethan frowned.
It was quiet in the car.
Leon peeked at the two people sitting in the back row from the rearview mirror. "Mr. Ethan, where are
we going?"
"The Huo's Mansion."
"Hospital, Ethan, I want to go back to the hospital." Cindy looked at Ethan sadly. When she looked
sideways, she found that Ethan's face was as cold as ice.
The Bentley turned a corner and drove towards the Huo's Mansion.
Looking out of the window at the fast passing street view, Cindy didn't know where to go, but she could
see clearly that it was not the way to the hospital at all.
"Ethan, can you show me some respect? I've told you that I'm going to the hospital."
Respect?
The two words made Ethan's face darken. She had never respected him. The seat in the car was so
small that she had to deliberately avoid it.
"Ethan, how can you do this? Is it great to have money?. Stop the car. Stop the car."
Tears welled up in her eyes and anger erupted in an instant.
Cindy shouted, trying to jump out of the car.
The door was locked.
After several times, Leon had learned how stubborn Cindy was. Just now when he saw Ethan come out
with Cindy in his arms, he knew that there would be another fierce battle.
"Ah!"
Cindy shouted hysterically and shook the door with her hands.
Leon stole a glance at the rearview mirror and happened to meet Ethan's cold eyes.
An icy cold voice was heard.
"Focus on driving."
The car sped forward, raising dust.
Cindy's protest didn't work. At last, she had to compromise and give up.
Five years had passed, but Ethan seemed to have changed.
Cold-blooded, domineering, allowing no one to obey him.
Leaning against the car window, Cindy's eyes swelled up because of the dazzling light. She closed her
eyes and felt tired.
"Creak!"
The sound of brake awakened Cindy.
Standing outside the car, Ethan looked at the sleepy Cindy. "Get off the car."
In a daze, Cindy obediently opened the door. When she just stretched out one foot, she found the
words 'Huo's Mansion' right in front of her.
The scene flashed through her mind.
Cindy shrank her legs and slammed the door.
No, she would never enter the door again.
Ethan frowned.
H quickly turned around, opened the door and pulled Cindy out.
He was angry at Cindy's resistance to him. Ethan held Cindy's hand so hard that she lost her balance
and fell to the ground. NôvelD(ram)a.ôrg owns this content.
A trace of pity quickly passed between his eyebrows.
However, Cindy, who was sitting on the ground, clenched her fists. There was stubbornness in her
clear eyes, as if she was going to fight against Ethan to the end.
He frowned more tightly.
In the night, the smoke of war permeated silently in the air.
Suddenly, Ethan stepped forward, bent over and held Cindy in his arms. Then he strode into the Huo's
Mansion.
"Ethan, put me down."
Cindy's face turned pale with fright. Her shrill voice resounded through the Huo's Mansion's gate.
He stopped and stared at her with his eagle like eyes.
Ignoring him, Cindy yelled and kicked hard in Ethan's arms. At this moment, she was not afraid of
anything as long as she didn't enter the Huo's Mansion.
"Put me down. Ethan, let me go HMM... "
The scream suddenly stopped.
Ethan lowered his head quickly and kissed Cindy's soft lips.
Lily, who opened the door, was flabbergasted when she saw this. "Mr...."
Raising his head, Ethan went upstairs to his room.
The woman in his arms had already made him lose his patience.
"Bang!"
The door was kicked open by Ethan.
"Ethan, put me down." Without any barrier on her lips, Cindy cried out.
With a cold face and cold eyes, he stared at Cindy. Cindy had no idea what Ethan was thinking about.
Another 'bang' sound was heard.
Cindy felt that she suddenly lost her balance and flew in the air, and then fell heavily on a pile of soft
cotton.
She opened her eyes.
Cindy found herself thrown on the bed by Ethan.
Everything went black in front of him. Ethan pressed on the bed and sank into it.
Then, a face full of anger stopped in front of Cindy, and a familiar light shone in his dark eyes.
Realizing that the danger was approaching, Cindy tried her best to retreat.
Ethan bent down a little, his thin cold lips almost touching Cindy's face, and Ethan's handsome face
was enlarged in front of her.
Cindy gasped for breath.
"Ethan, what do you want to do?"
"What do I want? Cindy, do you just ask such an idiot question? A man and a woman sleep in the same
bed. What do you think I want to do?"
Ethan raised his eyebrows and smiled playfully.
Cindy was stunned.
Then her face turned red.
"Ethan, let go of me. Let go of me. Cindy struggled hard and her hands danced in the air.
Ethan grabbed Cindy's fair and slender wrist and pressed it against the bed. Then he lowered his head
to stop Cindy from chattering.
With her clear eyes and attractive lips, Ethan could only feel the movement of his heart.
"Cindy, you are my woman. You can't run away for the rest of your life."
