My Quick-witted Baby (Arabella and Kenneth)

Chapter 550

Chapter 550

The top executives of the company stood respectfully on the side, watching as Kenneth left. Arabella

suddenly burst out and ran towards the luxury car. They quickly stopped her. "Miss, please stop!"

It's very disgraceful of these girls nowadays. They actually dared to throw themselves at Mr. Lucero.

But they couldn't stop her, Arabella had already run past them.

Arabella ran to the side of the car, her clear eyes falling on the window of the luxury car. The window

didn't roll down, and the expensive black tint prevented her from seeing inside. She reached out her

small hand and tapped on the window. "Mr. Lucero, can I delay you for a few minutes? There's

something I want to talk to you about."

Amare, sitting in the driver's seat, glanced at Mr. Lucero through the rearview mirror. When the girl

appeared, Mr. Lucero's gaze had already shifted towards her.

Amare was a little excited and really wanted to gossip with Patrick now.

Kenneth pursed his thin lips. He looked at the girl who suddenly ran towards the car. She was trying to

stop his car!

Why was she stopping his car? Original from NôvelDrama.Org.

Wasn't she supposed to be with the captain of the basketball team, Donavan?

"Miss, please leave immediately. Mr. Lucero is not someone you can meet just because you want to.

Please make an appointment first and wait for notification." One of the executives walked over and

reached out to grab Arabella's arm.

But as soon as his hand stretched out, the executive felt a sharp and cold gaze on his hand, as if it

could pierce a hole in it.

The executive's hand froze, and at that moment, the rear window slowly rolled down, revealing

Kenneth's exquisite and handsome face.

Kenneth's deep and narrow eyes swept over the executive's frozen hand, and then he spoke in a low

and magnetic voice, "Step aside."

The executive broke into a cold sweat and quickly stepped back.

Only then did Kenneth's gaze fall on Arabella's petite and exquisite face. He spoke in a cool and noble

tone, "Weren't you watching the basketball game inside? Why are you looking for me?"

"Mr. Lucero, I need your help with something," Arabella said.

Asking for his help?

Kenneth elegantly crossed his long legs, a faint curve forming on his thin lips as he looked in a good

mood. "Tell me about it."

"Our captain Donavan was attacked during halftime. I need to retrieve the surveillance footage and find

out who the culprit is. Can you give me that footage, Mr. Lucero?"

The good mood that Kenneth had just moments ago vanished instantly. His deep and narrow eyes

narrowed even further, becoming icy and cold. "Did you come to find me for this? For Donavan?" He

asked.

"Mr. Lucero, Donavan was really attacked. His right arm is fractured, and he can't participate in the

second half of the basketball game. I need..."

Kenneth didn't even want to listen to her. He thought she had stopped his car to ask for some kind of

favor, but she was actually doing it for that boy!

"Start the car!" he uttered a word through his thin lips.

Amare, who had been spectating, suddenly received the command. He could only step on the gas

pedal and start the car.

Why was he leaving?

"Mr. Lucero! Kenneth!"

Arabella chased after the luxury car for a few steps, but she stumbled and fell to the ground.

This was the second time she had chased after his car and fallen to the ground. Arabella's delicate

eyelashes trembled slightly, and her eyes turned red.

Suddenly, a piercing screech of brakes echoed in her ears. Arabella lifted her gaze and saw that the

Rolls-Royce in front had come to a stop.

She thought he had left.

But he had stopped!
