Chapter 1: Prologue
Chapter 1: Prologue
I’ve never believed in love. The concept seemed straight up stupid. Being committed to someone who’s
gonna break your heart one day just feels pointless. I’d rather not waste my time and energy for that.
I find it so surprising that there are people who really believe in such nonsense. Do they seriously think
they’ll grow up to be Cinderella who has that made-up fantasy world where everything ended perfectly? Còntens bel0ngs to Nô(v)elDr/a/ma.Org
Newsflash: Love isn’t as amazing as they think.
There are married men who sleep with me simply because it makes them feel dominant and powerful.
They say it’s only because they want to make me feel good but I know that’s not the real reason.
What blows my mind is the fact that they don’t even feel guilty for sleeping with me, even though
they’re married to someone they swore they loved. It’s pathetic and sad, but who am I to talk?
I’m the most pathetic person I know, but at least I know love is stupid.
Love is a trap only foolish people fall for; and I’m not a foolish person.
