Chapter 3 Rogue
Chapter 3 Rogue
"I..."
Looking at his handsome face, which had been magnified several times for no reason, Abby Miller was
shocked and subconsciously wanted to step back.
The man reacted faster. He quickly leaned over, supported her with one arm, and surrounded her with
the other arm on her chest. He held her soft hand and said in a teasing tone, "Your only capital now is
your virginity. Do you want to exchange it for the orphanage?"
Abby Miller did not expect that the man would suddenly make a move. She was so frightened that she
screamed on the spot.
Richard Scott couldn't help but laugh when he saw this. He pulled back his hand coldly and then
straightened his back. He said mockingly, "Don't worry, even if you're really willing, I might not
necessarily want it. I'm still not thirsty enough to rely on a woman who hasn't even completely matured
to please me, so..." He turned around to pick up the coat on the ground and said, "You can go now!"
Then, he left Abby Miller with a cold and decisive back. NôvelDrama.Org copyrighted © content.
When Abby Miller left the hotel, it was drizzling and slightly cold, which was very much like her mood at
the moment.
If she failed to negotiate with Richard Scott, the orphanage would be no turning back. The only thing
she could do was to say goodbye to the director and her friends in the remaining time!
Thinking of this, Abby Miller took a deep breath and trotted to the roadside, intending to take a taxi
back to the orphanage.
As soon as she walked to the side of the road, a black Maserati suddenly sped over from the corner
and braked suddenly.
The car window rolled down, revealing a cold face from the driver's seat.
It was none other than Richard Scott.
"What's the matter? Or do you think it's not enough to humiliate me just now?"
Abby Miller looked at him with a frown. She recalled what had just happened in the hotel and looked a
little angry.
Richard Scott glanced at her coldly and ordered, "Get in the car."
"Why should I get in the car with you? I think Mr. Scott and I have nothing to talk about, right?"
Abby Miller refused coldly for the little bit of self-esteem she had left.
When Richard Scott heard this, he immediately raised his brows and said with an evil smile, "Is that
so? Didn't you pretend to be strong enough to do anything for the orphanage in the hotel just now? I
was going to give you a chance, but now it seems that you don't need it anymore."
After saying that, Richard Scott was about to close the car window.
"Wait a minute!"
At the critical moment, Abby Miller suddenly reached out to stop him and said excitedly, Mr. Scott, do
you mean that you are willing to reserve the development rights of the orphanage?
"If you want to know, get in the car. There is the only chance. If you miss this chance, don't expect that
there will be a second one."
"Okay, I'll go."
As long as she could protect the orphanage, she could even get on the mountain of swords, let alone
get on the car.
Abby Miller quickly got into the car and sat in the passenger seat.
When the car started, Richard Scott asked, "What's your name?"
"Abby Miller."
"How old are you?" He asked again.
"Twenty-one."
Abby Miller answered honestly, thinking why he asked this question for no reason? For checking the
household register?
"An adult?"
Richard Scott seemed to be a little surprised.
Abby Miller was a little angry, "Nonsense, do I look like a juvenile?"
"At least, your figure doesn't match your age."
Richard Scott curled his lips mockingly.
"You... rogue!"
Abby Miller was so angry that she hurriedly reached out her hands to cover her chest, and her cheeks
turned a little red.
Richard Scott saw this, he could not help but sneer, "Don't worry, even if I want to behave like a rogue,
the target will definitely not be you. I'm not interested in juveniles for the time being."
"You..."
"You rogue!"
Abby Miller was so angry that she couldn't say a word. She could only stare at him fiercely.
This was the first time she had seen such a sharp-tongued man in her life.
Richard Scott pretended not to see her murderous gaze and asked casually, "I heard from the hotel
staff that you took care of me last night?"
"You were drunk and threw up in the middle of the night. I couldn't let you continue to sleep in dirty
clothes, so I helped you take it off."
At this point, Abby Miller hurriedly added, "Don't worry. I took off your clothes with my eyes closed and
my eyes kept closed when I wiped my body."
"So, you made the tea on the table?"
Richard Scott continued to ask with his voice devoid of any emotion.
"That sober-up tea has a good effect on the drunk. Last night, you looked very uncomfortable, so..."
As Abby Miller spoke, she did not forget to observe his expression carefully, for fear that he would be a
little unhappy.
Unexpectedly, Richard Scott took a profound look at her. His gaze was as deep as a pool and no one
could tell what he was thinking.
