Chapter 4 We Are Married
Chapter 4 We Are Married
‘Mrs. Lewis?’
Becca looked back to make sure she’s the only one who came out of this room.
“You…” She looked at the men skeptically. She suddenly recalled the crazy words she had blurted out
last night, ‘What did I say last night? Buying all of them?’
“I’m Kelly Clark. From now on I’ll take care of you, Mrs. Lewis. Are you hungry? Let me take you to
breakfast.” A man standing in the front walked up with a gracious smile.
Becca looked at him. He had a fair face and a pair of seducing eyes, making him quite distinguishable
in the crowd. No one could resist when he smiled, she thought.
‘But such a good-looking guy will take care of me? I didn’t really buy them all, did I?’
"No, no, thanks." Becca waved her hand to refuse and walked out.
Just as she left the room, she found herself in the penthouse of a hotel. The roof was transparent and
there were a sofa, large tables, and a complete set of furniture, meaning that this was a top-class suite.
Kelly followed her wherever she went, so did the other men in black.
"What are you doing?" Becca was quite confused.
“Mrs. Lewis, Mr. Lewis told me to stay close to you,” Kelly answered reverently.
Becca rested her hands on her hips and asked, “Who’s Mr. Lewis? Why do you have to stick with me?
Are you all robots?”
Kelly raised his eyebrows and reached out his hand. A man gave him two pieces of paper, “Mr. Lewis
told me to confirm this with you, just in case you might deny everything when you wake up.”
Becca took them from him. She nearly jumped to her feet when she figured out what they were.
‘Marriage certificates?’
She saw two names on it: Kelvin Lewis and Becca Garcia.
In the photo, the man sat straight, expressionless. But she herself smiled wildly and her eyes looked
like two lines.
“That’s impossible!” Becca threw them back to Kelly, as if they were something poisonous, “How would
I marry a gigolo? You must be mistaken! I was so drunk at that time. This marriage is not a serious
one!”
‘But wait! Kelvin Lewis? Which Kelvin Lewis? He can’t be the Kelvin Lewis people talk about?’
“Your Mr. Lewis? Kelvin Lewis?” Becca couldn’t believe it, “He just shares the same name with the one
in Heyday Group, right?”
“There’s only one Kelvin Lewis in South City,” Kelly disproved her speculation, “Mr. Lewis is the second
son of the Lewis family, CEO of Heyday Group. Nova Hotel is one of his properties. He owned
thousands of such real estates around our country and the world…”
“Stop!” Becca was stunned. She didn’t want to listen anymore. She did not care how rich Kelvin Lewis
was. All she knew was that he had been a cruel man. It was said that he didn’t like women, and
because he was always surrounded by men, everyone said he was gay. Ccontent © exclusive by Nô/vel(D)ra/ma.Org.
Becca considered this Kelly in front of her closely, who looked so effeminate and delicate, and became
more convinced of the rumor.
‘But last night … so I slept with Kelvin Lewis who only likes men? And I took the master of this grand
Lewis family as a gigolo?’ Becca determined to escape. Just as she bent down and turned around, she
bumped into Bill Martin who walked up to her.
“Miss. Garcia, Mr. Lewis asked for you.” Bill noticed her little trick. Recalling what he saw last night, he
couldn’t help smiling. He had been following Kelvin for many years, but this was the first time Kelvin
didn’t refuse a woman. He did not even expect that the fire of love burned between them so quickly.
However, the awakened Becca was totally different from what she was when she was drunk, and now
she was more like a lamb in front of a wolf. When Becca remembered what she said to Kelvin in the
bedroom, she only wanted to run away. But looking at their marriage certificates, she felt helpless.
“I was just drunk. We’re both adults. Can’t we just pretend nothing happened after we put on our
clothes?” Becca muttered.
“Miss. Garcia, Mr. Lewis once joined the army. He is very strict to himself.” Bill could hear what she just
muttered and explained to her patiently.
‘So, he married me just to sleep with me?’
