“Hahaha!” Bella laughed like she had just heard the world’s greatest joke.

“Other than this show, ‘Lady Covey’s Diaries,‘ my schedule is fully booked for the next two years. Numerous investors and directors are begging me to take their scripts, and big companies are offering high pay for me to endorse their products… And yet, you’re telling me my career ends here?

“Oh, Dustin…. You really are delusional. I can’t believe you can even say such a thing.”

Bella glanced at Camille and chuckled mockingly.

“With just one word from me, this little girl won’t get a spot in any crew. She won’t even be able to land a background role, let alone rise to fame. So, tell me, how is she supposed to make it big?”

When she heard that, Camille tensed up. She was very worried.

Dustin did not say anything more.

He let go of Bella’s hand and turned around. He ushered Camille out of the filming studio.

“Camille, what’s so good about this show? You shouldn’t act on it anymore. I’ll get you another show,” he said gently.

Camille obediently nodded.

Although she did not quite trust that Dustin had that kind of power, she could not embarrass him because he was only trying to defend her.

“All empty promises and lies for a girl,” Bella scoffed.

She thought that Dustin was getting more annoying and hateful after being kicked out of the Wyatt family

“Simone, let’s go.” Dustin grabbed their hands on each side and ushered them out.

“Stop right there!” Bella yelled.

“You’ve ruined our shoot. You think you can just leave?”

Dustin looked impatient.

“What do you want, then?”

Bella clapped her hands.

Men emerged around the studio. They all looked ferocious. They all wore the same uniform and had the same tattoo of a green symbol engraved on their arms.

They surrounded the studio, and some of them brought out weapons.

The filming crew were so scared that they hid in a corner.

Someone stepped forward from among the group of men. He seemed to be the leader.

“Miss Wyatt, is this the man who caused trouble and assaulted you?” The man treated Bella with great respect.

Bella nodded calmly.

“Don’t worry, Miss Wyatt. I’ll make sure this guy is kneeling before you and begging for your forgiveness within three minutes,” the man said.

Then, he gestured to his men.

The men of the Verdant Gang made their move and surrounded Dustin and the Langley sisters.

“The sight of blood makes me nauseous. I’ll take a break. You can deal with this however you want,” Bella said briskly before moving away with her assistant’s help.

“Dustin…” Camille clutched Dustin’s arm in fear.

“Dustin, can you… handle this?” Simone asked worriedly.

She knew that Dustin was strong, but there were too many people surrounding them.

“Shh… be good and close your eyes. It’ll be over in a moment,” Dustin said to the sisters with a smile.

Hesitantly, Simone and Camille closed their eyes.

In an instant, Dustin made his move.

There were noises and some commotion. That was all the sisters could hear.

Soon, things went quiet again.

“We’re alright now,” said Dustin.

Simone and Camille opened their eyes. What they saw shocked them.

They saw that several men were lying on the floor of the studio. Some were half–buried on the floor, while others were lodged in the walls. Some were in a disheveled pile.

The leader, who had said that he would make Dustin beg for mercy in three minutes, was on his knees with a pale face. He clutched at his chest and coughed out blood.

He wanted to stand, but his kneecaps had been shattered. He could not stand at all.

The crew members looked at Dustin in horror.

They had seen what he had done…

Dustin was some sort of monster!

He was as fast as a shadow. The members of the Verdant Gang were like ants before him. In the blink of an eye, they had all been beaten.

Was Dustin some kind of superhuman creature?

Camille’s eyes widened in shock.

Had Dustin done that? How was that possible?

Simone was stunned, but she found it easier to accept the truth.

The three of them left the filming studio.

After a while, Bella grew impatient and walked into the set. The scene confused her.

“What’s going on?” she asked in shock.

No one answered her.

The members of the Verdant Gang were so badly injured that they could not speak. Meanwhile, the crew members were too scared to say a word.

“Is Dustin really this powerful?” She could not accept it, and she refused to believe it.

Yet, the truth was right before her eyes.

After thinking for a while, Bella took out her phone.

“You asked for this, Dustin Fox!”
